DeMaur (pronounced DUH-MORE) is an R&B/Soul singer from Kansas City, Missouri, who currently resides in Seattle, Washington. He started singing at the age of 5 years old when he joined his Kindergarten choir and got his musical influence and inspiration singing in his late uncle's church during his early teens. With influences like John Legend, Lalah Hathaway, and Sam Smith, his musical style has developed into a beautiful blend of R&B, soul, and gospel.

DeMaur has performed for thousands throughout his hometown. Most notably, DeMaur performed the National Anthem for the Kansas City Royals MLB team during the 2015 playoff season with a crowd well over 40,000. 

DeMaur is looking to continue building his musical and professional brands in Seattle, Washington.
